Hand-dyed linen

This beautiful hand-dyed embroidery linen by Judesign features subtle variations in colour that make every piece unique. The base fabric is Zweigart 36-count linen (approx. 14 threads per cm), hand-dyed using textile paint.

The fabric may shrink slightly during the dyeing process. As a result, the final thread count may differ slightly from the original 36 count (approx. 14 threads per cm). Colour and shading can also vary from one piece to another. This is a natural characteristic of hand-dyed fabrics and makes every piece unique.

The standard pieces measure approximately 34 × 48 cm. Need a different size for your embroidery project? Feel free to contact us. We have the fabrics in larger pieces and can cut a different size where possible.

The colours have been fixed after dyeing but may still fade. The dyer therefore recommends not washing the fabric after stitching. The fabric can be ironed.
