Cardinal brodeur

This cross-stitch pattern by De mère en Fille, designed by Noémie Debaecker, measures 87 × 86 stitches and was originally stitched on Zweigart Newcastle 40 ct linen, colour 309 Mocha. On this fabric, the finished embroidery measures approximately 11 × 11 cm.

The pattern also includes a small floral border measuring 61 × 19 stitches, approximately 7.7 × 2.4 cm on the same fabric.

The original design combines hand-dyed Classic Colorworks and Weeks Dye Works threads with DMC floss. DMC alternatives are also provided for the hand-dyed threads.
